Graduate
I graduated with an M.S. in Aeronautics & Astronautics from Stanford University in 2015. My coursework focused on:
- rigid body dynamics, with a focus on fixed-wing aircraft and quadcopters
- classical linear and non-linear controls
- optimal and stochastic controls
- dynamic programming and decision making under uncertainty
- machine learning
Some of my projects included:
- leveraging ML to predict Yelp reviews based on several key factors (with 2 other teammates)
- building a robot to score on a tiny (~1 ft. tall) basketball rim (with 3 other teammates)
Undergraduate
I graduated with a B.S. in General Engineering from Harvey Mudd College in 2013. My coursework focused on:
- rigid body dynamics
- classical linear controls
- structural dynamics
- systems engineering
- basics of robotics: introduction to computer science, digital electronics & computer engineering
Some of my projects included:
- temperature control of a heating element (simulation and experimental)
- control of an inverted pendulum (simulation)
- experimental engineering course, with the final project focusing on a rocketry experiment – my team won the award for demonstrating best engineering technique & judgment
